'Thinking Differently About Dementia' workshop

An inspiring and informative event that will provide YOU with the knowledge, skills and confidence to support people living with dementia

Batsford  are partnering with Dementia Adventure to deliver a 'Thinking Differently About Dementia' training workshop in our Education Centre. This will be an inspiring and informative training event that will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to support people living with dementia to get outdoors, connect with nature, themselves and their community, and retain a sense of adventure in their lives.

This event is ideal for health and social care professionals, individuals and organisations; care home staff, voluntary sector and outside space organisations. It is also for people living with dementia and family carers.

When: Tuesday 8th March 2016

Time: 9.30am arrival and 4.00pm finish

Price: Professionals, individuals and organisations - £95.00 (plus booking fee).  Free places available for people living with dementia and family carers.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring outdoor clothes.
